727 Sailbags designs bags and homewares, unique and sustainable, from upcycled sails that have travelled the seas. 

In 2005 Jean-Baptiste, a former sailing champion, created travel bags from sails collected on the shores and beaches of Brittany, France and sold them at local markets. 

Each 727 Sailbags product has it’s own unique story;
its use and weather
its size and speed
its itinerary and territory
its material and texture
its stitches and imperfections
its races and victories
its boat and sailors.

By upcycling the fabric we share the emotions of these travels.
